What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would tell others that anything is possible, if you learn to believe in yourself. Don’t believe that taking care of yourself first is selfish it is far from the truth. In any emergency you are directed to put the oxygen mask on yourself first in order to help others, even before your own children. Take an hour a day to better yourself and feel good about your health and fitness lifestyle. Make it a priority, it’s a duty to take care of your body, mind and soul! You deserve to

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Being fit changed my life. Exercising every day increased my level of self confidence, the ability to learn new skills, handle difficult situations and decrease levels of stressful times. Setting goals has tested my limits of physical and mental strength and energy. These testing moments taught me to be comfortable with being uncomfortable – something that can easily translate to other areas of my life. Fitness is powerful making the impossible, possible!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

My passion for fitness and helping others is my motivation and movement, I want to make their dreams come true and I want them to be part of my journey to be titled Ms Health and Fitness, I would invest in my fitness studio, investing into their fitness and health. I suffered postpartum depression I want to help others hope for a better lifestyle plan, promotion and creative marketing strategies for awareness.
