What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I hear so many people say, I will join your class when I am more fit, but this is what the class is for. Start where you are and enjoy the journey! I know you can workout at home. Find a personal trainer or a class to help educate and motivate you if you are not a self starter. If you are needing weight management, they can help with this as well. Let the gains begin!
