Never give up on yourself. You are worth every drop of sweat! And forget about cutting out foods or being too strict; deprivation is a success-killer! Learning about and tracking macros (fat, protein and carbs, along with WHERE those come from - carbs from bread vs carbs from veggies) and tracking them has been an absolute life-changer for me. 20% training and 80% nutrition!
It's shown me a side of myself I didn't know I had. I actually enjoy working out now. It's an important part of my self-care; self-care was never part of my priorities before. One of the biggest improvements I've noticed aside from increased strength is a huge improvement in my immune system! My family has been ill around me many times, but since working on myself, I haven't caught anything, whereas before, I was always catching everything! It's changed my entire life for the better!
I really don't know! My husband and I still haven't been on our honeymoon so I'd dedicate some funds to that. I also have had medical issues that require surgical intervention which insurance won't cover, so I'd finally get to take care of myself that way. The bulk of it, though, would of course go into education savings for my two little girls; today, it's hard to get education without going into serious debt but employers are more and more picky with education applicants have.
