Make time for your health and wellness in whatever form of fitness you love and never give up on your goals and dreams, whether people understand or agree. I just had my 4th knee surgery, and while there are things I can no longer do, I am always open to incorporating new types of fitness and learning new skills in my daily workouts as I recover. At 44 years old I am still creating and chasing fitness goals. Consistency, variety and enjoyment in your fitness is the key to success.
Fitness helped me build confidence in myself, and I have learned I am more capable and stronger than I ever gave myself credit. I use my time in the gym each day to decompress life stresses. I'm dedicated to setting and achieving goals and pursuing my highest level of fitness while teaching my son life lessons along the way. I love competing, achieving goals, learning from mistakes, acquiring new fitness skills and have made life long friendships with some amazing people.
I would use most of the money for my son's college and some for home gym equipment.
