What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Find something that you enjoy doing! Fitness should be fun! It shouldn't feel like work but rather something that you enjoy! Lifting, running, biking, dancing, boxing... there are so many forms of being active and the more you enjoy it, the more likely you will be to stick with it. Take your goals one day at a time - every day is a new day to continue working on yourself!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Wow! Fitness has been such a big part of my life. I've always loved sports and being active. Simply put, movement makes me Happy! Without movement my day is not complete, and I just don't feel myself. I hope that everyone discovers how good it feels to move your body, to physically challenge and push yourself!

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I've taken my love & passion for fitness and opened a fitness studio in my town, going on 4 years, and of course with business comes expense, so I would definitely be putting some of this money into my fitness business. I would also put some money in my kids college funds.
