What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

It’s a mind game. We are full of doubt and we let our own doubts navigate our abilities. You have to except that you won’t be perfect. You will have off days, but picking back up and getting right back on track is key. How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness and health have changed my life. I was 50 pounds over weight, unconfident, I had no goals, no ambitions, I couldn’t even run after my children. I was slacking in all aspects of my life. Once I made the decision to focus on my health and fitness I have gotten my GED, I’ve set goals, I’m working towards those goals and everyday I do something physical with my children. If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would pay off some bills and continue my education to become a Dr of Science Nutrition. I want to help as many people as possible learn healthy lifestyles and it starts with knowledge. I plan to get my NASM certificate and help others learn how to physically improve their energy and bodies. To get my Science nutritions licenses would give me the ability to work with schools, nursing homes and other public places to raise awareness of how to fuel your body with whole nutritious food.
