It’s hard to stay motivated and stay on track... but keep pushing yourself and you will eventually reap the rewards of your hard work. Never compare yourself to others, because that’s the easiest way to get discouraged. Just make sure to keep track of your own progress and remember that everyone’s body is different and there’s going to be ups and downs the trick is to not give up.
Fitness has increased my overall strength, endurance & confidence. It has encouraged me to overcome obstacles, accomplish things I never knew I could such as 15 K run (one day a marathon) & helped me quitting smoking !! Through fitness I hope to become the best version of myself...& encourage others to do the same ;) I recently joined crossfit to challenge myself a little bit more 😃
I would like to create a fitness group that helps people stay active and motivated to stay on track of their progress and goals. This group would include creating activities such as, biking, walking and running days and also include some HITT exercises days at the gym. I also want to help elderly ladies stay active by creating a group that they could participates in.
