What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I will say congratulations! You got this. As a person that had experience in several ups and downs in my own journey to become healthier and more fit. I will recommend starting to change your mindset. Do not think on terms of diet or magic pills. It is a non linear journey so mindset is important in exchanging old habits. Explore activities to find what you enjoy & can commit doing few times a week. Change your eating habits, be patient and love yourself as of today. It is about the journey.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness not only helped me changed my body but helped me change my mind. Fitness has been my therapy and escape during struggles of my life from anxiety and PTSD. Fitness helps me feel energetic, healthy, strong, more positive on a daily basis. The thing I love about fitness is that it can be preform in any form or active activity. I do not have to stick to one thing or sport. I have practiced several fitness activities through out the years and have learned and grown from all of them.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was to win Ms Health and Fitness I will use the money to invest on my business of FOOD FIT'N TRAVEL because my goal & mission is to create a brand that empowers women to create their own unique healthy lifestyle. I want to help other women have fun with their health and fitness journey. My goal is to make living a healthy, active lifestyle as sustainable and realistic as possible for all. No more crazy restrictive diets or countless hours in the gym each day.
