What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Health is necessary for life and fitness is determined by your lifestyle and the goals you set for yourself. Together they set a balance for quality of living by fulfilling mental, physical and spiritual desires. First start with what you CAN do, set a foundation, then make strides to explore and push your boundaries. Choose health first, then build your fitness lifestyle accordingly.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness creates new platforms to view life and yourself from the perspective of experience and self knowledge. A fitness lifestyle expands the relationship with others in a healthy way as well as being able to extend yourself to them and help their well being. I feel like every time I reach a new level I’m also able to help someone do the same.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I think if I were the next Ms Health and Fitness I would invest in reaching out to people by bringing them a fitness product that would help them.
