I recommend people start watching what they put into their bodies. Just be more mindful of what they eat and drink. Exercise is so important but having a healthy diet is even more important. I encourage people to get into a fitness routine and start small. It’s progressive!
It’s a mental game. You cannot always wait to be motivated to do or change something. It takes discipline and once you reach your goal, You find confidence, mentally stronger, physically stronger. Fitness is a game changer. It’s a great way to reduce stress, help sleep, and create healthy habits in the kitchen.
I would start a small gym as well as an online program geared to people who want to be fit but do not know where to start. I would like to help them with meal preps, guidance through their program and showing them how to feel more confident in the gym.
