What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

It’s not a Diet it’s a lifestyle Change and it has to come from you! My best advice about nutrition is cook at home! The simple fact of making meals at home will help you in your health journey! And Getting Fit, involves being active and eating whole foods! No need to starve yourself or sign up for crazy workout programs! Be true to yourself, start slow and build up challenges. Find something that you like most, and stick to it with adding up goals along the way! Let’s do it ??

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is Mental Health! As a mom, I don’t necessarily get up everyday with the energy to workout but I KNOW that if I stick to it I feel 200 times better after! It gives me energy, ideas, clear up my head, get me stress free, and on top of all that keep me in shape! What more to ask! I tell all my clients you don’t need a coffee you need 7 mins workout in the morning and I promise your day will start well! And then you can have your coffee ;)

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I had the chance and opportunity to win this competition, I will put the grand prize toward a fitness project that would allow me to reach out to as many people as I can and help them open their eyes on and work towards the benefits of health and Fitness.
