What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Live your life on purpose. Identify your goals and the purpose for achieving these goals. Focus on the process and be consistent as that's where the success lies. Changes to health and fitness take time; consistency is key to achieving goals and creating long lasting habits. Surround yourself with people who aspire to be their best; who inspire and challenge you to be your best; who support you and keep you accountable. Everyone's journey is different, don't compare; focus on you.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness keeps me physically strong and active; enabling me to enjoy many physical activities with my kids and the ability to take on new challenges and experiences. It supports my mental wellbeing by being a positive outlet; helping me to build a growth mindset and assisting me to managing challenging situations. It has provided me with some amazing friendships and a support network and it allows me to be a strong model to my children and others.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Firstly, I would fly my boys over to the USA with me (from Australia), to watch me compete in my first international Pro Show at the Natural Olympia.They are my biggest supporters and large reason I challenge myself to be the best I can be. We have gone through some tough times the last 18 months and I would love to share this experience with them. Secondly, I would use it to develop resources and supports for families in children in the area of health and fitness.
