What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Be consistent, patient, and optimistic! If you can conquer that part inside your head that thinks you are going to get the results you want tomorrow and convince yourself that this is a journey that will take time to see permanent results, than you will see success day by day! Take lots of pictures, find a community of like minded individuals, and do what you love to make fitness fun! Don’t be afraid to step out of the box to try new things! Knowledge is power, so ask questions!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has helped me find my tribe of like minded people who love to build other women up through competing on stage for bodybuilding as well as helping them with their mindsets! Through these people that I now call my Fit Fam and fitness I have learned that what you put out into the world is what you get back into your life! I have become so happy and positive from adopting fitness and I can’t help but to want to spread the support and grow the community by helping others achieve as well

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would go back to school to get my personal training and nutrition certificate! I have wanted nothing more than to make fitness and health my career and I know I would be so successful in helping others achieve what I have been able to! To have that little extra boost to get there would be so amazIng! I don’t want just any coaching certificate that says I’m good enough. I want to be my best self and provide others with true help, knowledge, and success through appropriate accreditat
