Be patient. Eat healthy. Workout and stay active. A body in motion stays in motion. Use the gym for therapy and be open minded for different kinds of workouts. Eating healthy helps keeps the mind healthy. Our bodies are capable of such amazing things,we just need to constantly keep our minds in check in order to witness that. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone has increased my fitness journey immensely.
I'm a person who thinks too much. I used to always feel like I wasn't good enough for so much,but by being healthy and working out you see pay off in the hard work. It's my therapy and I receive rewards through not only my own body and mind,but the feeling of helping others work on and achieve their health/fitness goals is something that's indescribable!
Wow, I would invest some into my son's college tuition savings. I would create my own health and fitness coaching platform. I would utilize it to reach out to a wide variety of people looking for motivation and support in order to reach their fitness goals. For those who build other up vs tearing others down. I would also like to one day make a natural stimulant-free protein post-workout drink and pre-workout drink that would not break the bank,but deliver amazing results.
