Drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen, eat healthy (but also treat yourself once a week- it's all about balance), meditate, and most importantly (in my opinion), set aside some alone time. If you have a tough time getting yourself to workout, I suggest to invest in a rebounder (small trampoline). It's a fun and easy way to workout! When I don't feel like going through my workout I just hop on my rebounder and jump. It works out my entire body and it's so much fun!!!
