When I started my fitness journey I thought it was all about the way I looked. What I found is that it goes so much deeper than that. I realized that the bigger battle was in my head. When I got that right everything changed. And it didn’t just stop in the gym. It’s something that has helped me transform all of the relationships I have in my life and catapulted me into wanting to help as many others discover this for themselves as well.
I would take a vacation to Hawaii or Australia, pay off the last couple of debts that I have, donate a portion to TWLOHA and the local animal shelters, and save/invest the rest. That makes me feel really good just thinking about!
