Cultivating some serious self love, self discipline and killer confidence is the first step toward reaching your goals. Practice small daily habits and make little changes over time. The small things add up real big before you know it! Enjoy the journey and have patience in the process. It's all about growing into the best version of yourself!
As a trainer, I have the privilege of working closely with women who are busy moms, who have to juggle careers and families, and I get to be a part of their journey. They inspire ME daily, with their hard work and dedication. Being a part of someone's growth and helping them reach goals, change their lives and do what they once thought was impossible is incredibly rewarding!
Have you heard of goat yoga? Well I would love to hold outdoor bootcamps but with shelter dogs instead! I have a love and passion for fitness as well as a heart for animals. My dream would be to combine the 2, and bring awareness to local shelter dogs as well as provide a fun workout environment that people would be excited to be a part of! The dogs in our class would be available for adoption of course!
