Do it bite size chunks. Have your main goal but set mini targets along the way. One of my mini targets was short shorts. I bought myself a pair as it was a goal to fit in them and wear them IN PUBLIC. When I finally achieved it I felt amazing knowing I had done that. Small wins along the way keep you focused and determined to keep going.
Everyday fitness influences me. It helps me deal with day to day life. It keeps me focused, determined and driven. To wake up everyday at 5 or 6am and move myself it feels like there’s nothing I can’t achieve. It Helps me physically and mentally and I know if I can get up everyday and train there’s nothing I cannot do!
Other than buying some new trainer ???? I’d like to set up a group for people with self esteem issues and help them build confidence with the help of exercise like it helped me ❤️
