I think motivation is the key. Any amount of exercise is great, just start somewhere and keep going! I started off in my basement after my kids were born and the first time I stepped foot into a gym I never looked back! Once you start seeing changes, it becomes a habit and an addiction, the key is motivation!! It’s not easy, there is a lot sacrifice and hard work, but it’s well worth every bit of it!
There are so many positive things that come from having a fit and healthy lifestyle! My 3 boys love the energy I have for them and that I put into my work. It positively influences them as well, to keep active and healthy! Taking care of myself gave me the confidence to stay positive. It’s important to set some time aside for yourself so you can be there for everyone else.
I would take my family on a vacation! And maybe buy a whole lot of new gym clothes!
