Keep it simple in the gym, kitchen, and mind. Eat clean foods that taste good to you, there is a plethora of ways to make healthy food delicious. Find what you like and stick to it. Get moving! Don’t over complicate the gym. Simply find movements that get you excited to workout, find a good playlist and spend 45 mins to an hour moving. You will thank yourself later. Don’t overthink. I can do more than I ever imagined. When I think that I can’t, I just suck it up and do it anyway, and my fears and doubts dissipate. I have become motivated to work hard in school, in my relationships, not just the gym. It’s allowed me to strive for greatness in everything I do. I give a large part of my drive to my love for fitness.
A portion of it would go to my tuition for my MBA program. Another portion would go to the Nowell Family Foundation and Mental Health America (MHA). Whatever is left over, I would save or invest for future security.
