What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I would recommend others to make being fit and healthy a lifestyle, and stress that it is not an overnight fix. Most of us are guilty of saying that we will commit to something that we eventually push to the side or lose the motivation to see all the way through. But when it comes to dramatically changing our lifestyles we need to maintain momentum and consistency in order to be successful and ultimately reap the benefits in the short- and long-term.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

There have been so many positive benefits from adopting fitness in my life. It helps me maintain my weight loss; improves my overall mood; decrease my stress level; boosts my energy level; helps me fall asleep faster, increases my confidence and physical appearance, which has boost my sex life with my partner.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

For the last 2 years, I and my fitness crew fit_harmoni have tried to start a fitness business where we help get family and friends off the couch and more into fitness for their overall health. I would use the $20,000 to jump start our business in hopes to provide successful health and fitness tips to as many people as possible.
