What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My main focus is helping my clients achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle that fits their life. I recommend altering ones habits one day at a time. Removing one unhealthy habit/routine and implementing a new one. It’s all about a non restrictive approach followed by a change in behavior so we learn to enjoy treats in moderation

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness positively influenced my life by giving me an outlet to express myself. Whether happy or sad the gym is my go to place. Fitness was the catalyst for me to transition from my selfish party girl lifestyle to one that serves others and uplifts others. It’s fulfilling and a blessing.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was the next Ms. Health and Fitness I would tithe to my church, donate to my two favorite charities for the homeless and the Down Syndrome community, and use the rest to pay for my Masters Program in high school counseling.
