What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

First, you have to start. Be consistent and patient! Being fit and having a healthy lifestyle is a great choice for a person to make. Choosing a healthy more active lifestyle takes time and dedication. You have to be dedicated if you want to see a change. Nothing happens overnight. The road won’t be easy but you have to work for it and never quit! My motto is Don’t wish for it! Work for it!

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness is a big part of my life! Not only do I love the change I see in my body but being a fitness trainer allows me to meet so many people and help them reach their fitness goals. Helping people is great motivation for me. I love to work out but there are some days I may not feel as motivated. The people I train and interact with on social media keep me inspired by letting me know I inspire them. We push each other to be the best that we can be.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would open my own private gym exclusively for women. That’s always been a dream of mine. I come in contact with so many women who tell me how the gym intimidates them, they may not know how to operate the gym equipment and feel embarrassed to ask or they feel insecure about being in the gym around others. It would be amazing to have a place where women can feel comfortable with working out. A positive and informative place where women can be themselves and get in the best shape of thei
