Find a scheduled that works for your life , if you have kids make them work out with you ! Teach them about health and wellness Take it easy at first in the gym make monthly goals ! Take a new class try something new ! Take a friend or make some gym buddies ! It makes it sooo much more fun . Make sure to have enough carbs and extra protein and do t forget to drink that protein shake before bedtime and h20 !
The gym I’m my outlet , time to reflect time to start my day off right feeling amazing time to socialize some if I take a class . It in a natural drug for not getting depressed which is at one point something I struggled with. I’ve worked out since I was a child both my parents have strong muscular body’s build for body building.
I’m big on putting money in investments . I’ve been trying to save money and get out of deat which I’m very close to doing ! I had endometriosis , my uterus removed I’m pretty young but I had serious surgery and was pretty sick . I was off work for 4 months that was tuff ! I couldn’t go to gym that was really hard on me I would give back some of the money to a non profit or a school who needed gym equipment to help succeed there health goals !
