Listen, you have to do small improvements that work for you. You can use others as a guide, but by no way should you compare yourself to someone else's journey. Take one improvement, such as drinking 1liter of water a day. Then do that for 2 weeks, then add another improvement and do that for 2 weeks and so on... You will soon see that the small improvements over time has improved your health and fitness.
I started in the gym to beat depression, low self-esteem and no confidence. Through the gym and weightlifting, I was able to get rid of the mental fat and build mental and physical fitness. I developed a 'Yes I Can' attitude and I get to inspire myself and others every damn day.
I would use the $20,000 to travel around the UK teaching women and teenage girls tools they need to build their confidence and feel empowered every day through my Women's Empowerment and Self-defense Seminars. I would build an army of empowered Badass Women that organize mini community projects, inspire other women on our mission and show we stand stronger together. Its not my money, its our money. This is my mission. This is what I was born to do. Its going to happen one way or another.
