First figure out WHY you want to be fit and healthy. This reason will get you to the gym on the days you don’t feel like going! Pay close attention to what you are eating. Is it properly fueling your body? Our bodies need healthy food and daily exercise in order to function how they’re supposed to. Focus on one day at a time, choose the healthier option, and move your body every day. We are meant to feel good!
I have suffered from a lot of back pain for several years of my life. When I decided to get stronger and make healthier choices in the kitchen, my back was in less pain. This is when I began to realize how much of a difference eating right and exercising can make on the body. When I’m strong, I feel more confident. When I’m eating healthy, I’m in a better mood. People began to notice my changes and reached out for advice. I love being able to offer suggestions and encouragement
I would put this money toward my husband’s student loans. He put himself through eight years of school, which of course costs a pretty penny! He’s been my biggest supporter, so I’d love the opportunity to relieve a little financial stress.
