What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Love yourself first . No diet , no fitness routine will bring you self love . You need to find love inside for the healthy living and fitness to work . At the end of the day it’s just weights and just food . You need to believe in yourself and know you are worth being healthy and happy .We are amazing creatures that are capable of amazing things if we just believe . Start small , 1 thing at time . You will fall more then once but don’t give up, nothing worth it comes easy .

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness has created a whole new respect for myself , a whole new confidence I have earned . It’s taught me how brave I am , how strong Iam , how resilient Iam , how incredible Iam . It’s taught me when you believe in yourself and your dreams anything is possible . It’s shown me with a little hard work amazing things can happen . Its shown my kids how to live a healthy and active lifestyle . It’s helped me inspire so many people that struggle with mental health

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Since I started my self love and fitness journey I have dreamed about opening my own Ninja Warrior gym for families . I would love to share my love of fun , fitness and wellness with my community. . I want to show people that you don’t have to be in a conventional gym to be healthy ,happy and fit . I love to challenge myself to learn and experience new things and share those with the world . I would love to give back to mental health and help those suffering .
