I would recommend to others to find something you love and stick with it; consistency is key. Fitness is not cut and dry and it takes time. Eat simple ingredient foods mostly, but don't deprive yourself. Remember that being healthy also means taking care of your mental health. Take time for YOU.
Fitness positively influences my life by making me happier and easing my anxiety. It has also made me stronger mentally and more confident. It has shown me that if I put my mind to something I can accomplish it, no matter how hard.
If I were the next Ms Health and Fitness, I would fulfill my dream to open my own massage business combined with personal training/nutrition coaching. I want to help as many people as I can feel more confident in their skin. I would also buy an alpaca.
