I would start making lifestyle changes one thing at a time. If you go on a “diet” then you will eventually go back to your normal lifestyle eating habits. Each week try to train a little harder and eat a little cleaner. It is about consistency and progression not perfection. Stay the course even if you have a bad day or a bad week. Lift weights and do some cardio because they both have huge health benefits.
Fitness is everything my life is based around. From my business to my hobby to compete. The Lord uses me in my clients lives to grow them not just physically but also spiritually. It keeps me from finding unhealthy outlets and keeps my body and mind less lethargic and more focused. I have more endurance to continue to grow my business as well as parent and homeschool 2 children under the age of 7.
I would save a lot of it, but honestly, I would use it to put money down on a home. We have rented our home for the last 8 years and truly want to feel like our house belongs to us.
