Exercise helps people not only physically but mentally. I personally use it as an escape, it’s MY time, where I feel most confident. Being able to understand/ relate to beginners in the fitness world helps create a welcoming environment to one that can seem intimidating from the outside.
I would invest some of that money into education, pay off some debt and take a well deserved vacation.
