It starts with first being AWARE of yourself- your eating habits and how much you are moving during the day. Once you are aware of where you are, make yourself better one day at a time. Find a way to fit movement and exercise in your schedule. For me it was foregoing my lunch hour to be able to leave work early and get to the gym before picking up my boys in the evening. Be intentional with every moment of your time, making sure every moment is used creating an even better you!
I was in a rut in life. Not feeling motivated, not even feeling like I fully woke up every morning. Getting back in the gym and feeling “fit” has made me feel alive again! I feel confident in my how my body feel not just looks. I have so much more energy to spend on the things that matter most to me- my four boys. It has made me more focused and upbeat at work. There is no part of my life that fitness has NOT advanced in some way.
I would continue fix up my cute old “fixer upper” house. It is a constant work in progress. I moved here 2 years ago and having been working hard to make this run down old house a functioning HOME for my family. So far it has been very project to project financially, so $20,000 would be a huge step in finishing this masterpiece!
