Don’t wait for tomorrow start it today. I know it’s sounds cheesy but don’t look for excuses. Lots of my friends get excited to start going to the gym but once there will try to find an excuse to cut it short “I don’t have money”, I worked too much today etc... I started to workout outside without paying gym membership. I work 8-14 hours a day, preparing food and still find time to workout. You don’t have to go too crazy everyday but do some exercise to
Fitness made me stronger. You have to find that balance in your life. Healthy body and mindset. Fitness was my survivor in the last 2-3 years. I went through depression and going to the gym was the only happiness in my life. There was a time when I spent 2-3 hours at the gym everyday. And after my mind just cleared out. Finally I am back in my normal life and living for my goals. I don’t go crazy anymore but I workout at least 3 times a week. It also helps me feel more confident in my skin
I would love to start my own company and train individuals and groups that are trying to make a difference in their lives but just need a little direction to do so
