Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Kimberly Klafczynski and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
Find things you enjoy doing that involve being active, and try to live in a location that is conducive to these things. I bought a cabin in the mountains at a high elevation 2 hours outside of LA so I can snowboard, snowshoe, bike, hike and kayak at all times versus when I used to live in crowded Los Angeles. If you have dogs? Take them for a run. Live by a beach city? Go rollerblading. Learn to fit these fun fitness activities in to your normal routine so it doesn’t give you burn out.
Fitness doesn’t positively influence it per se because fitness keeps me sane. I work a normal job in technology (President of Sales for a blockchain startup) and fitness is my escape. I also know that fitness is a gift. Many people are born into a physical disability that limits them from being able to do what I do, so I try to remember this on the regular.
I would use it to go towards my life goal of climbing Mount Everest. It would be enough for me to be able to get additional sponsorship for it and have extra proceeds go towards 501c’s that assist those with physical disabilities.. because I wake up every day and try not to take my body for granted.
