Show up for yourself like you would for your best friend in need. Stop giving up just because it doesn't happen the first few hundred times. Treat yourself like you would treat someone you don't want to let go of. Walk everywhere. Stay hydrated. Don't get stuck. Keep it between the ditches in life. EVOLVE!
Life is movement and we are designed to flow with pleasure. Fitness grants me the skill to conquer the inner adversaries we all must contend with. Everyday I show up for myself, provides another opportunity to show up for others. These experiences are a ripple effect. It is within fitness, that I gain clarity about what I am made of and how I relate to daily choices. Fitness teaches me how to be accountable for my life. Wellness is my priority. I love empowering others to become disciplined.

It would fund a recruits airfare, accommodation, meals and instruction, dive equipment, and training certification dives. Pay a portion of online prerequisites in nursing. Continue to serve as a PT and Pilates Pro, after 27 years in natural health/wellness, by empowering and inspiring discipline.
