It will naturally build to a point of everything possible. Look for the style of exercise that appeals to you. Barre, weight lifting, running, stand up paddling, yoga. START making it the thing you do for yourself because you are WORTH IT! Find coaches you like.
It grounds me, clears my mind, gives me more energy, makes me happier, gives me something to look forward to, creates routine in my life, builds confidence and self worth. Strength and beauty from the inside out!
