Stop being afraid of being uncomfortable! Surround yourself with people who support you, lift you up, give you a swift kick in the butt when you need it and who challenge you! Create goals, but most importantly create a plan to accomplish them and make it a priority. Try new things and keep an open mind. Learn nutrition. Lastly, keep a mental check or a journal each week of how you feel, what you’ve accomplished, how you’ve eaten and the changes you’ve made or need to make!
How doesn’t fitness positively influence my life would be an easier question to answer! Fitness and nutrition make me happy. It allows me to inspire others to be their best. Fitness makes me feel like I can accomplish anything in life and makes me want to jump out of bed in the morning! I feel alive and ready to take on new adventures! It gives me my health, which is the most important thing of all, often taken for granted. I want to share that with whoever is willing to listen!
I would use it to start a business and follow a path that helps fight childhood obesity and adult obesity. I want to teach people the power of healthy foods and how to eat to fuel their body. I want people to learn the danger of all the hidden sugar in processed foods. Hopefully, I can spread knowledge that most of our diseases are coming from the foods offered to us every day in our stores, ads, schools and restaurants.
