What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My recommendation is to simply start. We don’t know unless we try and we could never succeed at whatever our ‘it’ is without starting it first. Why do I recommend starting? Because when you start you have taken the most important and hardest step towards renewing yourself. Our bodies are phenomenal temples that take us through to all of what we want to accomplish, the least we can do is take care of it so I reccomend starting the journey to find what works for you.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Wow! As a professional natural figure competitor I have learned so much about what my body can do and even more about how many want to be healthier. So I have tried my best to share what I know through example, with my son and with my church. Because of my willingness to share I have met others in their journeys and inspired them to learn healthy habits and start towards and reach their goals and embrace the beauty of their bodies. Something I personally struggle.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would first give ten percent to my church. I am because God is. Without Him and His disciples within my church families I would not have the courage to do what I do. I would publish my book called YouRenewed. A book that inspires others to start and dedicate 21 days to their mind body and soul. I would pay for my training for a couple of years and donate to the Boys & Girls Club. The Boy & Girls Club has supported me and my son in so many ways it is the least I can do.
