What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

I believe that it is important to find realistic, sustainable habits and daily rituals that will help you live up to your full capabilities and become the person you want to be. With the right education and attitude, it is never to late to make these positive changes in your life .

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness saved my life. When I thought I wasn't capable of much, fitness taught me that the barriers and confines that where keeping me from growing and reaching my full potential were created by me and me only. I learned that once I finally tore down these barriers, no matter how hard it would be, I could accomplish more than I ever conceived possible in this life. When I started to just try, I gained strength. More mentally than physically by far, and it changed me at the core.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would donate a portion of it, and the rest I would use to pay off my college education loans.
