Do whats best for you and your body! One kind of fitness for one person may not be whats for you. The best way to get fit is to enjoy what your doing. Combine your fitness with something you like, such as hiking, dancing, a favorite sport, etc.
Fitness is helping me get control of my life. I decided to make a change after I almost lost my life to pneumonia a year ago. I may not be Ms Health and Fitness yet, but I am working hard to accomplish this.
I would put it toward bettering myself.
