What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Make your fitness journey a priority. It may take months or years to find what you enjoy but that is what makes it a journey and that is how you will grow and learn. Eventually it will just be part of your every day routine. There are so many options and when you enjoy what you are doing it becomes part of you and your lifestyle. The best part is it’s never ending, there are always new goals that can be set and other areas that you can do better in. This is not just in fitness but in life

How does fitness positively influence your life?

Fitness motivates me to complete other tasks in life, brings confidence, energy and a drive to start and finish daily projects and creates both long and short term goals. I’ve learnt to not make It an option, if you set a goal, work towards it.... no options. If you fail, or don’t like the results, try again, set new goals, try harder, change things.You can use this in many parts of your life , not just physical fitness. By building physically, you train yourself mentally

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

Invest!!!! I would put money into the future and into some projects that Ive been wanting to work on. Maybe get a new pair of those camo lulu lemon’s I’ve been eyeing :)
