Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Kaylin and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
I would first recommend to anyone who wants to become fit and healthy to decide what lifestyle changes they would like to make whether it be physical or mental. I would then recommend setting realistic goals to obtain them. Lastly, I would recommend doing research either online, through a book, or by asking experienced friends, family, and coaches to learn how they should go about making these lifestyle changes. Knowledge and consistency is power.
Fitness positively influences my life because it gives me mental clarity, a social outlet, a physical activity, and an opportunity to make money. (I am a kickboxing instructor and personal trainer). I am currently the healthiest and happiest I have ever been due to the commitment I have made to myself to make fitness a priority.
I would put all of the prize money towards my college tuition. I was working three jobs to pay for my tuition, but I had to cut down to only working two jobs due to my summer college classes. I am in desperate need of scholarship money so that I can provide myself with the education I need for my future.
