One of my biggest pieces of advice is to just start. Start with small changes to your diet and activity levels. Consistency is key when doing anything new. Make conscious decisions when eating and watch portion sizes. And don’t forget to do something you enjoy for your activity, get out with the family for a walk, ride a bike, just get your body moving!
Fitness has literally saved my life, I used to be over 200+lbs and very unhealthy and unhappy. Since my Fitness journey I have been able achieve not only confidence but I’ve also grown as a person, I am strong and independent. Being able to help others through this journey as a coach has been amazing, I want to help as many people as possible because I’ve been there.
I would honestly probably put most of it back in to my Buisness. This way I could provide better content for my clients and help reach out to more people and be able to help more.
