I’ll recommend you, first of all to be persistent. You need to be patient for your body goals. You need to give it time and results will follow. Last but least lift weights.
First of all fitness gave me the body I have ever dreamed of. My fitness journey though me to never give up and never stop pushing yourself, because when you think you can not push further or do more, actually you can. In the process I’ve learned that it is not a short time goal, but a lifestyle. It gave me confidence, which I did not have before, and improved my health.
I will invest in creating my own gym.
