What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

Stay focused and remember that it's a process. Seeing results doesn't happen overnight, it takes time, consistency and patience. Take it one day at a time and don't overwhelm yourself with all it. You can do it and it helps to have a partner or accountability.

How does fitness positively influence your life?

It definitely relieves my stress! As a mom of 4 kids it's hard to find time to myself so fitness is definitely my 'me time'. I enjoy creating new workouts for myself and clients and pushing myself to the limits. Have a back condition does not stop me from doing something I love and I also show others that they can overcome obstacles.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

If I was the next Ms Health and Fitness I would use the money to create a new fitness program and create a home gym so that I can train local clients in person!
