Start small! Challenge yourself to walk 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week. Then 4 days. Keep moving in an upward motion like this. If you start small it’ll feel so natural that you can’t imagine how you didn’t do it before. If you go to hard to fast you’ll get burned out. Been there done that before!
It has helped me have a healthier relationship with myself and food. Before I would binge eat anything, especially the super good tasting things. That’s not healthy. I had an unhealthy vision of myself and that’s not good either. Working out and eating clean has opened myself to see how amazing and beautiful I am.
Buy all the protein and Bang energy drinks!! Totally joking! To be completely honest I would probably buy some new workout clothes and some treats for my dog. Pay off some debt and help my parents get some repairs done around the house. Putting some toward a down payment on a house is definitely up there in the top 5 options for sure. I really didn’t know there was a monetary prize I was just going to be stoked to be featured in a magazine!
