Be consistent. Find what works for you. Rather it be a trainer, a class or a gym solo. Working out can be fun. I think if you like the workout it makes you push harder. Set small goals and work on them daily. And don’t beat yourself up if you ate bad one day or you missed a workout. It will be okay.
As a fitness instructor and someone who battled with an eating disorder for 15 years I love helping the everyday lady. I have turned my struggles into helping ladies lose weight, feel better about their self and find Confidence in how amazing they are no matter their size.
I would expand to help more ladies. I would make my studio bigger so more ladies could come and workout. Shake their bootys and lose weight.
