Surround yourself with people who motivate you, encourage your goals, start out slow, find your why, set reasonable short term and long term exercise goals, be consistent with diet changes and exercise. Hire a personal trainer to get started. Keep a food log, learn to food prep, carry healthy snack options, drink plenty of water and try to get 8 hours of sleep per night.
Being physically fit boost self esteem and helps build self confidence. When we feel more confident about ourselves we’re able to be positive role models, helps decrease stress, enhances quality of life and overall we live healthy and longer.
If I was to win Ms. Health I would use the money for a family vacation and college fund for my children.
