What would you recommend to others who want to be fit and healthy?

My motto- eat right, train hard and treat yourself! Fit life isn’t about restrictions, it’s about balance , goals , and discipline. There is no shortcut or magic pill! It’s a work on yourself every single day. You will never be always motivated, so you have to learn to be disciplined! And once you’ll see results, it will become a habit, an addiction . It feels great seeing yourself in a mirror and like what you see! Challenge yourself! And one day you will become your own

How does fitness positively influence your life?

I like the feeling of being strong. It affects not only my physical but mental state also. Every morning training session gives me an amazing energy burst that stays with me till the time I go to bed. I like the fact that when people see me training, they ask me how can I help them to get fit and gain health.

If you were the next Ms Health and Fitness, what would you do with $20,000?

I would, certainly, spend first money on buying new gym outfits. Haha! Spend a few days in Macedonia with my fitness junkie friend filming new workout videos and write my training program ebook and continue improving myself.
