Write down a specific goal. Have small daily action steps, be consistent and make it a habit. Visualize yourself as the healthy person you want to be - the more you believe that you already are that person, the more your actions will reflect it. Have compassion for yourself and where you're at. Health is a lifelong journey - appreciate your body at all stages. Get 7-9 hours of sleep, drink lots of water, eat your veggies, be grateful & surround yourself with a loving, supportive community.
Fitness has given me an appreciation for my body - to honor it and take care of it. It has helped me develop daily habits that give me freedom to live life with energy, feeling strong, empowered, confident and most importantly, in good health. It has taught me the tools that I get to share with the world so that everyone can live their life in good health.
Invest in creating an online resource to make fitness and nutrition programs accessible and affordable to everyone. My mission in life is to empower as many people as possible to make their health a priority. I want to provide the resources and community/support system to help people make it a habit.
