Ms. Health and Fitness and Jared Allen's Homes for Wounded Warriors would like to thank Judith and her voters for helping us donate to our injured United States military veterans!
One has to look at Fitness and Health as an investment for oneself. Take it one day at a time and build yourself up every single day. Learning how to live a fit and healthy life is one of the most fantastic changes you can bring into your life. To be fit and healthy does not take a lot; rather is a mind set and a daily journey to betterment.
Fitness is a vital if not crucial part of my life.It helps me learn and stay connected to my environment. It helps me focus on my school work and also teaches my children who look up to me how to live healthy. My Career demands a healthy lifestyle since we are a Law Enforcement/Military family. I also get to motivate and inspire others which is really one of the most rewarding parts of fitness in ones life. It helps me stay positive and feel strong ready to take on any obstacle.
$20,000 would be the perfect way to do more within my community. I am a huge fan of the Special Olympics and what they do for so many people. I got to participate in the last leg torch run this year and know that this kind of money would bring so much joy to so many people. It be an honor to present it to them and help facilitate the continuous training for the many athletes as well as the celebrations each event brings.
